Rev. Henry Laurent-Mantey
Rev. Henry Laurent-Mantey is a seasoned pastor and transformational leader, ordained in Royalhouse Chapel International, headquartered in Accra, Ghana. He has dedicated over 20 years to pastoral ministry, with a passion for raising and empowering a generation of transformational leaders guided by a faith-filled journey.
As the founder of the Vessels Network, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization based in Washington, DC, Rev. Laurent-Mantey is committed to promoting both human and spiritual development, as well as community transformation. The Vessels Network gathers thousands of youth and young adults annually for the Vessels Conference and has organized mission trips to Ghana and Liberia.
In addition to his pastoral duties, Rev. Laurent-Mantey has served as a chaplain at MedStar Washington Hospital and is a senior Information Technology analyst. He holds a B.A. degree in French and Political Science from the University of Ghana-Legon and an M.A. degree in Public Policy. He is married to Pastor Deniece Laurent-Mantey, and they are the proud parents of four children.

Pastor Deniece Laurent-Mantey
First Lady Deniece Laurent-Mantey is a career diplomat, pastor, visionary, international speaker, and policy leader. She has held significant roles at the White House and the U.S. Department of State, including serving as a Special Assistant to Secretaries of State and as Director for Africa in the White House.
Recognized as one of the Most Influential People of African Descent (MIPAD), she co-founded the Vessels Network and Vessels Conference, a non-profit organization in Washington, DC, dedicated to promoting spiritual development and community transformation.
Mrs. Laurent-Mantey holds a Master’s degree in African Studies and Public Policy from Howard University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Syracuse University. She is married to Rev. Henry Laurent-Mantey, and together they are the proud parents of four children.

Pastor Deniece Laurent-Mantey
First Lady Deniece Laurent-Mantey is a career diplomat, pastor, visionary, international speaker, and policy leader. She is currently the Executive Director of the President’s Advisory Council on African Diaspora Engagement.
She has held significant roles at the White House and the U.S. Department of State, including serving as a Special Assistant to Secretaries of State Hillary Clinton and John Kerry and as Director for Africa in the Biden-Harris Administration.
Recognized as one of the Most Influential People of African Descent (MIPAD), she co-founded the Vessels Network and Vessels Conference, a non-profit organization in Washington, DC, dedicated to promoting spiritual development and community transformation.
Mrs. Laurent-Mantey holds a Master’s degree in African Studies and Public Policy from Howard University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Syracuse University. She is married to Rev. Henry Laurent-Mantey, and together they are the proud parents of four children.
